- Designed for supported desktop Microsoft Excel, with Microsoft 365 / Excel 2021+ recommended for dynamic views.
- Macro-free Excel workbook format.
- Barcode values can be captured as data, but the workbook is not a barcode-label or mobile scanning application.
- Google Sheets, Apple Numbers and unsupported older Excel versions are not guaranteed.
Important limitations
- The workbook does not automatically discover devices from RMM, MDM, Active Directory/Entra, network tools or cloud platforms.
- It does not automatically reconcile finance/procurement systems or prove software-licence compliance.
- It can record disposal and wipe evidence but does not itself perform or certify secure data erasure.
