Digital Download & Refund Policy

Direct digital downloads

Practical IT Packs products sold directly through this website are digital content supplied electronically. Before direct checkout, you must expressly agree to immediate digital supply and acknowledge that you lose the normal 14-day cancellation right once supply begins.

Supply begins when the paid product is made available to your verified Practical IT Packs account for secure download.

Change-of-mind cancellations

Once immediate digital supply has begun following your express consent and acknowledgement, a change-of-mind cancellation is not normally available. If you believe supply has not yet begun, contact support@practicalitpacks.com promptly.

Faulty or non-conforming digital content

Your statutory rights are not removed by the immediate-download acknowledgement. If paid digital content is faulty, materially different from its description, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for an agreed purpose, legal remedies may include repair or replacement and, where the statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or refund.

If you encounter a problem, contact support@practicalitpacks.com with the product name, worksheet/file involved and a screenshot where helpful. We will first try to resolve genuine product faults or supply problems promptly.

Duplicate or mistaken transactions

If you believe you have accidentally completed a duplicate direct payment, contact support as soon as possible. Payment refunds and transaction support may be administered through Link/Stripe under Managed Payments.

Etsy orders

Orders completed on Etsy are handled through Etsy’s transaction system. Please use the Etsy order/support process for the payment and marketplace aspects of those purchases.

Nothing here removes statutory rights

This policy explains the Practical IT Packs process; it does not exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
