Add one or more products to the cart, review the order and complete the required digital-content acknowledgements. Payment is then handled securely through Stripe Managed Payments. Practical IT Packs does not receive or store your full card details.

No. You can complete checkout first. After payment, use the same email address from checkout to sign in or create and verify your Practical IT Packs account. Your verified direct purchases will then appear under My Downloads.

The current systems are designed for desktop Microsoft Excel 365. They are not designed for Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or unsupported older Excel versions.

The core workbooks are supplied as macro-free .xlsx files. The Vulnerability Management system also includes optional Power Query resources for CISA KEV and FIRST EPSS threat context; those are separate from VBA macros.

Each system includes a blank operational workbook, a worked fictional demonstration and a customer user guide. Some products include additional supporting files where the workflow benefits from them.

Yes. They are designed to be adapted for internal use, but connected formulas, helper columns, IDs and control structures should be preserved unless you understand the impact of changing them.

No. Purchases are licensed for the purchaser’s own personal or internal business use. The reusable source templates must not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed or offered as another downloadable product. See the Licence Terms for the full conditions.

For direct purchases, paid products are linked to the verified customer account and secure download links are generated on demand. Direct checkout requires express consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledgement of the cancellation-right change. Etsy remains a separate purchase option. If you buy there, Etsy handles the marketplace checkout, transaction and Etsy order delivery. The Practical IT Packs product licence still applies to the downloaded files.
