Where do I buy the products?
All purchases are completed through the PracticalITPacks Etsy shop. This website is for product information, comparison and guidance; it does not collect payment details or deliver files.
Which version of Excel do I need?
The current systems are designed for desktop Microsoft Excel 365. They are not designed for Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or unsupported older Excel versions.
Do the workbooks use macros?
The core workbooks are supplied as macro-free .xlsx files. The Vulnerability Management system also includes optional Power Query resources for CISA KEV and FIRST EPSS threat context; those are separate from VBA macros.
What is normally included?
Each system includes a blank operational workbook, a worked fictional demonstration and a customer user guide. Some products include additional supporting files where the workflow benefits from them.
Can I edit the workbooks?
Yes. They are designed to be adapted for internal use, but connected formulas, helper columns, IDs and control structures should be preserved unless you understand the impact of changing them.
Can I resell or redistribute the templates?
No. Purchases are licensed for the purchaser’s own personal or internal business use. The source templates must not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed or offered as another downloadable product.
How do downloads and refunds work?
Digital delivery, order access, buyer protection and the applicable return/cancellation rules are handled through Etsy. Review the specific Etsy listing before purchasing.
How do I get support?
Use the Etsy messaging system from the PracticalITPacks shop or your order. For a workbook issue, include the worksheet name and a screenshot where possible.
